Philippe Arsac is an adviser for DHR, CEO and GM of many multinational companies in the recruitment and rationalisation of their IT HR resources. EuroWin Consulting is exclusive in her IT functions specialisation, but generalized as to her client activities: Retail/luxury, Industry, Banking/Finance/Insurance. The recruitment targets mainly France based positions, UK and Spain for a few. Keen on the human development, Philippe Arsac helps a few IT managers to optimize their careers.

Philippe Arsac’s professional experience during his career has always been focused on IT, management and HR. The first part of his career was the following. After a military service as an instructor in Mathematics and Electronics, he joined BNP PARIBAS Personal Finance (Cetelem) as an Analyst, Project Manager in particular for the reengineering of contentious matters, rated best European contentious matter a couple of years later. After two years and a half, impassioned by technique, Philippe Arsac joined the OEM supplier BULL as an engineer in charge of processor-performance measures.
He was hired the next year by THALES (Thomson-Csf at the time), appointed Projet Manager for PADMAVATI (Parallel Associative Development Machine as A Vehicle for Artificial Intelligence), with a budget of roughly 10 M€. Within less than two years he was in charge of a European IT Department (with a budget of 40 M€), including the former. He was involved with the recruitment of international teams, in partnership with many companies and universities worldwide. After 1988 he acted as a technological Coordinator at group level. He was also an expert and had relations with the European Commission (DG XIII) for Information Technologies. In 1993, in parallel with EuroWin Consulting Group, he became shareholder of Eurelys, he held a HRD as well as an Executive Secretary position (the company was later on sold to ASTEK). In this period he was the President of a manager training association in the Chinese language, today the CHINA LANGUES Company.
Since year 2000 Philippe Arsac is exclusively devoting to EUROWIN as a professional occupation, a synthesis of his endeavours today.
